The sale of our rental condo in Reston, VA was a bit challenging since there were 5 other properties in the same neighborhood that went on the market with ous on the SAME WEEEND!! Jeff was not dissuaded by the challenge howeer and did a great job keeping the property in front of potentail clients and keeping us informed with regular updates. Although it took longer that we origianlly expected, due to the market being flooded, we were not disapointed in the outcome and feel that Jeff helped us secure a fair price in a reasonable amount of time. He will also be helping our daughter and her husband purchaase their first home and we are sure he will provide them with the same integrity, energy, and professionalism that he showed to us. All in all Jeff was a 10 out of 10!
