The sale of our rental condo in Reston, VA was a bit challenging since there were 5 other properties in the same neighborhood that went on the market with ous on the SAME WEEEND!! Jeff was not dissuaded by the challenge howeer and did a great job keeping the property in front of potentail clients and keeping us informed with regular updates. Although it took longer that we origianlly expected, due to the market being flooded, we were not disapointed in the outcome and feel that Jeff helped us secure a fair price in a reasonable amount of time. He will also be helping our daughter and her husband purchaase their first home and we are sure he will provide them with the same integrity, energy, and professionalism that he showed to us. All in all Jeff was a 10 out of 10!

We had an outstanding experience working with Jeff Stack. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire home-buying process. His deep understanding of the local market, neighborhoods, and homes helped us make informed decisions with confidence. Jeff was always available to answer questions and provide guidance, even responding to emails while on vacation. His dedication and responsiveness truly set him apart. Most importantly, Jeff was honest, trustworthy, and always had our best interests in mind. His expertise made what can be a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. We highly recommend Jeff Stack to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and caring real estate agent.

Jeff Stack did a great job in assisting us with our home search and purchase. Upon, enrolling in the bank's agent program, Jeff Stack immediately reached out to us. I appreciated his attentiveness. He listened to our list of needs and helped us navigate the market. Being new to the home buying market of northern Virginia, we really relied on Jeff's knowledge of the area and the realities of putting in offers. Jeff was fantastic at booking showings based on our schedules. When under contract on a house, Jeff was instrumental in moving the escrow process along and making sure all parties were doing their tasks. The best thing that Jeff did was ensure that the few issues found during the walk-through were addressed. It was vital these items be corrected and Jeff was tenacious in seeing that they were. Even post-close, he followed up to see how we were in our new place. Jeff Stack was a personable and knowledgeable representative in our journey and his hard work was very appreciated.

Jeff did an amazing job in every way throughout our home searching/buying process. He was extremely helpful, communicative, and continuously went above and beyond to make our whole process as smooth as possible. We were blessed to have found Jeff and could not have found a better realtor. He exceeded all of our needs and had our backs throughout our whole experience. We will recommend Jeff to anyone we know who is buying or selling a home and and will easily request for him again in the future. Thank you for everything and making all of this possible!

I submitted my offer the day before going on a two and a half week vacation out of the country. While I was abroad, Jeff helped make everything extremely easy and we were able efficiently reach settlement all while I was on vacation.

Jeff was communicative at all hours of the day and always made himself available. Jeff was wonderful in helping us navigate a tough seller's market and showed us a plethora of houses until we found home. He was always patient and knowledgeable!

Jeff successfully and expertly sold our property in a competitive and challenging environment. This was our second experience with Jeff Stack as our realtor and he has consistently come through for us and exceeded our expectations in attaining our buying and selling goals.

Jeff knew exactly what I was looking for in my new home and did an excellent job in helping me find it. I am new to the area and his knowledge helped me find a home that makes commuting to work a breeze, in my budget and in a community I liked. He went above and beyond advocating for me with both the offer process as well as closing. He also did a great job helping me close when the lender dropped the ball and helped them get back on track to close. I would recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a home because he is attentive, understanding and explains every step of the process clearly. If I ever need to buy property again, Jeff will be my first phone call.

This was our second time buying a home and the difference between our first real estate agent and Jeff, our second was like night and day. There was never a time where we felt our needs and concerns were dismissed or unimportant. Jeff exceeded expectations with every aspect of our home buying experience. We would recommend Jeff to anyone looking to buy a home, especially for picky people like ourselves. He went above and beyond with making sure we hit all of the wickets of the home we were looking for. We would 1000% use Jeff again in the future for any real estate needs.
