Jody was amazing from the very beginning. We began looking at pre-existing homes with her 1 year before we felt that instead of buying a pre-existing home, that we would like to build. Jody helped us find a community that suited our needs and helped us negotiate with our builder. She attended every meeting and inspection that we had with the builder and guided my husband and I along the way. This was our first home buying experience and I could not be more grateful to Jody for all that she did for us. She was flexible, patient, understanding, honest, approachable, and informative. I cannot say enough great things about her and the experience that we had with her buying our first home!

Jody was very quick to call me back when I reached out. That was very big to me. She was very pleasant on the phone and went out of her way to meet with my wife and I on a weekend. She was and has always been very timely. Very Critical in regards to me going with Jody. Jody was always available. This was such a huge relief for my wife and I. It seemed as if Jody always made time available for us no matter what the request was. She answered all of our questions that we had along the way. Some may have seemed dumb, being first time homebuyers. Jody always made us feel like VIP's. She has won a client over for life in regards to her professionalism and attention to detail. If there was a box rated higher than Excellent that's what I would chose in regards to Jody. My wife and I always felt that Jody was best in class in regards to working with us. As mentioned before we went in this for the first time and Jody made the whole process so enjoyable and easy to understand. Highly recommendable. I will be referring anyone who asks who we bought are house from to Jody. EVERYTIME. For first time homebuyers the experience with Jody was everything we could have asked for and more.
