John was selected based on a referral from a long-time friend. My friend promised me that John was one of the nicest and hard-working men he has known. After meeting with John and talking to him for a few hours, I knew he was the perfect realtor for Ashley and I. If there were an option for us to select "Beyond Excellent", we would for every category mentioned! The greatest attribute John had was that you could tell he really cared about his job. More importantly, you could tell that he really cared about us. John did everything he could to make us happy and treated us more like "people" rather than a customer. He was ALWAYS avaliable for questions and if there was a issue, he would do whatever it took to find a resolution. John was more than knowledgable in regards to the ENTIRE process of a home purchase. Being that this was our first home purchase, I was greatly impressed with how smooth John made the entire process for us. This process could not have went any smoother. Buying a home can be a very emotional experience and can lead to frustration, nervousness and many more emotions. Being first-time home buyers, John could not have made the process any more pleasant. With John, I have not only gained a life-long realtor but also gained a life-long friend.

John is a great guy and is there for you and not for himself. John takes care of the things you ask for and goes beyond also. He establishes a good friendship along the way, but still is professional with his work. John was honest and truthful and never lied, if he didn't have the answer for something he wouldn't give us false information. He would go get the answer and get back with us in a timely manner. It was great working with john, and hopefully I can refer more friends to him in the coming years.

My good experience with John Sanders, of Lexington, KY. The things I marked "not applicable" in the survey are things I was mostly not aware of. The marketing started off running and the house sold in 9 days. Although John had a prior commitment out of the country soon after the listing, Laura Hayden and the Agency filled in seamlessly for him. Although he was working with a number of buyers/sellers, John Sanders worked fast and hard and, from my perspective, I was his only seller. He was always one step ahead of the process, never one step behind. I would not hesitate to recommend John to any relative or friend selling or buying a house in this area.
