JONATHAN WIND

Jon Wind is an amazing advocate/agent! He was well prepared, prompt with next steps, and knew exactly what to ask for from the sellers' agent. He was an amazing advocate for us as buyers, keeping our needs and finances at the forefront of every decision. We recommend Jon to everyone.

We interviewed 3 realtors. Jon was by far the most knowledgable about our neighborhood. He presented the most realistic expectations about the current market situation. He was able to explain what we could expect based on the age of our building; status of condo desirablity; pros and cons. We appreciated his 5% commission. Jon is very hands on, thorough, pays attention to details, and kept us informed throughout entire process. We know all of this is why/how we sold our condo!

Jon guided us through four real estate transactions in the last year. His attention to detail and communication was extraordinary. He is highly recommendable.
