From our first meeting Jon provided a very clear discussion of the selling process and recommendations as to selling price and things that should be done to improve the house from a selling standpoint. Since I was relocating prior to the sale to NC Jon took care of organizing everything that we agreed needed to be done. This included arranging final clearing of everything left behind, recycling hazardous waste items, misc minor repairs, painting of the interior, new carpeting, final cleaning of everything and staging the house.
