Julie Mattoon

It was a pleasure working with Julie. She handled the selling of our home and additional vacant lots. She is always available, pleasant, open-minded, a hard-worker, and has become a friend.

We have had a 15 year relationship with Julie Matoon, buying, selling, and renting our properties. She knows the industry and our market, works hard to get the outcomes we are looking for and is always a pleasure to work with. She is our realtor for life.

From beginning to end Julie was amazing and exceeded our expectations. We were moving to Texas from Virginia so her local and state knowledge was invaluable. She presented a good variety of homes that fit our needs in the areas we were interested in and when we chose one she was on top of everything particularly keeping the momentum going with a less responsive seller/seller agent and enabling us to close in a timely manner and at a good price for the area we chose. We would highly recommend Julie to anyone who wants a smooth home buying/selling experience, she is the best we have experienced and we have bought and sold a few houses over the years. Thank you Julie, we love our new home.
