It was a pleasure working with Julie. She handled the selling of our home and additional vacant lots. She is always available, pleasant, open-minded, a hard-worker, and has become a friend.

We have had a 15 year relationship with Julie Matoon, buying, selling, and renting our properties. She knows the industry and our market, works hard to get the outcomes we are looking for and is always a pleasure to work with. She is our realtor for life.

From beginning to end Julie was amazing and exceeded our expectations. We were moving to Texas from Virginia so her local and state knowledge was invaluable. She presented a good variety of homes that fit our needs in the areas we were interested in and when we chose one she was on top of everything particularly keeping the momentum going with a less responsive seller/seller agent and enabling us to close in a timely manner and at a good price for the area we chose. We would highly recommend Julie to anyone who wants a smooth home buying/selling experience, she is the best we have experienced and we have bought and sold a few houses over the years. Thank you Julie, we love our new home.

Julie was exceptional. She was so much more than just professional. She let me know exactly what was going on at all times whether it was good or bad. She explained everything and more. Her team was also the best. I would highly recommend Julie for any or your real estate needs.

Julie is very easy to work with, she is friendly, knowledgeable and makes the process less stressful than it is. She is very accessible and responsive. I would highly recommend Julie to be your broker

We have had the opportunity to work with 3 different realtors on 3 different transactions in the past 18 months. All were good, but Julie Mattoon was OUTSTANDING! We could not be happier with how she handled everything. She LISTENED to us, communicated just the right amount, managing us and the buyer perfectly. We are in the industry, know many realtors, and come from a family of realtors so we might be more particular (demanding) than the average seller. As fussy as we are, we felt Julie did such a great job we will NEVER need to find another realtor. She exceeded our expectations from the very first moment she arrived at the house and at every step of the way. Julie saw the value in the unique characteristics of our home and monetized that for us with a sale price higher than any other realtor we interviewed predicted and in record time in a VERY difficult market. Thank you, Julie!

Julie was the best realtor we could have hoped to work with! We were referred to Julie by our friends and family and she exceeded all expectations. She was very involved, engaging, and knowledgeable about the market and ultimately helped us find our dream home. She was always available and kept us informed throughout the home buying process. She was thorough on everything from our offer through closing and helped us navigate all possibilities to get us the best price for our home we bought. I would recommend Julie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

We have used Julie in the past and look forward to using her again in the future. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She gets the job done. We never have any problems when we work with Julie.

Julie Mattoon is always very responsible and considers the customer at the first. Always reachable and have deep/broad enough knowledge not only for buying process but all home maintenance and remodeling. I truly enjoy working with her (this was my 2nd property with her) so will keep woking with her going forward.

Julie was amazing to work with as she appraised, listed, marketed and ultimately sold our home in a very unstable market. She kept us updated throughout the process and was very responsive any time we needed to talk. We wanted someone to give their professional opinion and Julie has many years of experience to provide solid advice to her clients. Her marketing plan was effective and the photos of our home were beautiful. She held many open houses to generate interest and keep our home in front of buyers. We highly recommend working with Julie Mattoon!
