My husband and I went through the entire process as first time home buyers while we were both deployed overseas and we completely trusted her guidance to help us make the best decision for our family. They went over and beyond what would typically be required in the home buying process to make sure we were comfortable with the decision being remote. Closing on the home was incredibly smooth because of their foresight, preparation and detail oriented process. I have a few close friends who recommended Mary-Alice to me since they had also used her services previously. These are very close friends of mine that I value and trust, so their high recommendations of Mary-Alice meant a lot. Mary-Alice and Monique made themselves readily available, whether via phone, email, text message, or in-person (house viewing). I never felt like my questions would go unanswered or that I needed to constantly follow-up. As a first-time home buyer, I knew NOTHING. I was really appreciative of the conversations and insights Mary-Alice and Monique had regarding the homes I was looking at. I appreciated the "in-between" emails (i.e. waiting to hear from seller, inspections, etc.) because they not only provided great information on the steps of home buying, but they also made me feel like I wasn't forgotten and eased my anxiety during those waiting times. Most importantly, I felt like MY happiness was their top priority--I never felt pressured and I felt like I could be open and honest in order to find the right one.

We had a very tricky closing situation, which I think surprised all of us, but Mary-Alice and Monique were a very calming influence. They are always readily available to answer questions, and ultimately got us several offers within the first week of listing. I would certainly want to work with them again in the future.
