Karissa Watkins was professional and proficient in navigating the transaction. She was able to pull appropriate comps and was very informative. Highly recommend!

Karissa was awesome. I was not looking forward to the process of buying a home at all but she helped make it fun. She was very on top of keeping me informed about everything going on, as well as letting me know what I needed to do next. She went above and beyond, and even made sure to contact me a couple months later to remind me to file my tax exemptions, which I honesty may have forgotten. I would highly recommend her. She was very patient and helpful.

Karissa was absolutely wonderful to work with! The purchase of our home had some ups and downs on the banking side and she handled them all with grace and ease! We could not have asked for a better person to help us purchase our first home!
