Kat Ouano Mobley

Kat was such an important part of our first home-buying experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable, straightforward, and always made sure we had the facts we needed to make informed decisions. Buying your first home can be a whirlwind, but we always felt like we could depend on Kat’s expertise and guidance whenever we had questions or weren’t sure what to do next. What has meant even more to us is that her support didn’t stop once we got the keys. Even after closing, Kat has continued to answer our questions and help guide us as we figure out life as new homeowners. It really feels like she genuinely cares about the people she works with, and we’re incredibly grateful that we had her in our corner through such a huge milestone in our lives.

Kat was awesome and helped get us into the home we'd always hoped for! She and her team were attentive, answered all our questions as they came through, and kept us on track (while gaving us peace of mind) with a super helpful timeline program. She was able to connect us with the professionals we needed and made the whole process as stress free as possible. Thank you Kat and Maria, we love our new home!

Kat is a wonderful agent & a lovely individual. She has been enormously patient - it took us almost a whole year to find the right home & close. But moving from the mainland to Kauai isn't a simple process. She sent me updates regularly of offerings and when I couldn't get to Kauai, she actually went to a couple of homes that looked interesting & videotaped the property (which eliminated some). She never made me feel that I was bothering her when I wanted to discuss a home or showing me several every time I flew in. She remains calm, kind & informative and is highly professional. Choose Kat if you want to find your next forever (or maybe not forever) home.
