Kat is a wonderful agent & a lovely individual. She has been enormously patient - it took us almost a whole year to find the right home & close. But moving from the mainland to Kauai isn't a simple process. She sent me updates regularly of offerings and when I couldn't get to Kauai, she actually went to a couple of homes that looked interesting & videotaped the property (which eliminated some). She never made me feel that I was bothering her when I wanted to discuss a home or showing me several every time I flew in. She remains calm, kind & informative and is highly professional.
