Kat Wetzel put in a great deal of effort to clear out, clean out, spruce up the house (inside and out) at low cost, but maximum result. Her enthusiasm and confidence stood out in all she did. Kat is and incredible woman and a phenomenal realtor! She came in and helped us stage our home and suggested some things she would do to help spruce the place up and possibly sell with ease. We got an offer the first day out house went up for sale. Mind you this is all based off of her suggestions all while we have a home of three small boys and two dogs all in the middle of a Covid pandemic! She’s literally Wonder Woman! We got a full price offer and the sale went so quickly! This was when the pandemic first started and she was able to get our house sold!
