Kat is the most amazing woman we’ve ever met! She went above and beyond for my family and when we felt defeated working with a horrible builder she was right there to help us and make everything better! She spear headed everything and was always what seemed to be 10 steps ahead. She informed us of things we didn’t even know we could do. For example getting our own inspection even though the builder had his done. We had a previous run in with this builder before and later found out that many things weren’t done correctly but because we didn’t know we could have our own inspection we later were faced with unnecessary repairs. She was our only bit of peace in the purchase of our dream home. We couldn’t have picked anyone better! Even with the silliest of questions we had for her she was always so welcoming and never hesitated to help us! We honestly couldn’t have done this without her! She is truly the best at what she does!! She put our needs first and is truly our saving grace!

I have sold 6 homes in the past 25 years, using multiple real estate agents within that time period. Kat Wetzel was the best real estate agent I have ever worked with! She is professional and fully dedicated to making sure the process is efficient and smooth for her clients. She actually spent an entire Saturday preparing my home to go on the market in the best condition possible. She provided us with many suggestions to ensure that we would render the maximum sale price for our home. I highly recommend Kat Wetzel! - Charles Zammit
