Kathi went above and beyond for us in our home search. We bought this house from another state and Kathi was able to handle all our documents digitally, we were able to sign everything on our phones and upload or email any supporting documents. Kathi drove around for 9 hours showing us houses on FaceTime, which was a huge deal. She answered every time we called, texted, or emailed. Kathi is very familiar with the Colorado Springs area and all of the neighborhoods. I cannot think of how a home buying experience could be any better. Kathi is great and we will definitely call her when we are looking for our next house.

Kathi Philpot is priceless. We love her! She is so rare! I'm still shocked Kathi is a realtor. She is by far one of the most amazing people we've had the pleasure of working with in a business transaction!

Very helpful with selling our home and working through contracts.

Kathi is the absolute best. She was always one-step ahead of the game and went the extra mile. We give a lot of credit to her for closing on our house! If there were a Realtor hall of fame, Kathi would be in it!

Chose wisely, chose Kathi.

Kathi is the BEST! CAN’t say enough good things about her....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Kathi is friendly and professional, deep connections in the Colorado Springs area. I would recommend Kathi to anyone doing business in the Springs and she will be my ' go to ' realtor ! Highly recommend Kathi !
