Kathi went above and beyond helping us find the prefect investment home. Many times she encouraged us to bid smart and not over stretch or budget even though it would mean more work for her in finding homes and showing them to us vertually. She really will work for you and your interests and she is very ethical. When we finally did find our house Kathi helped us find property managers and set up interviews for several when we were in town (we are from out of state). She stayed the whole time with us when we interviewed them asking questions I would have not thought to ask. She made the whole experience easy and in fact kind of exciting. I would not hesitate to recommend Kathi to anyone looking to buy your first home or your investment property, she will not steer you wrong.

Kathi was a dream to work with. She is knowledgeable, helpful, proactive, forward thinking and she also has a GREAT sense of humor! We worked on 2 transactions together and I am thankful I had her on the journey! Kathi is a fantastic agent!

In a highly-competitive Colorado Springs housing market, we felt that using a full listing agent would meet our needs and improve our chances of closing the deal. Kathi was always diligent in providing us with any additional information that we needed and served as an effective and trusted liaison between ourselves and the seller. We would highly recommend her services to anyone buying or selling a home.

Kathi was Awesome!

Kathi Philpot was lovely to work with. She came recommended to me by my realtor in California, who is also with Century 21. The current market is very competitive and fast moving. Since I was shopping from another state, Kathi was quick to respond, to show me properties via FaceTime. Eventhough I was outbid several times, she remained positive and encouraging. If I am ever in the position to shop for property again, I will definitely call Kathi again.

Kathi was amazing! This is our third time purchasing a home and it has never been as smooth as this one! Kathi is amazing! Highly recommend her and her team!
