Kathi Philpot is wonderful! She gave us very good feedback at the initial walk-through, providing us with suggestions on how to stage the home. I would recommend Kathi Philpot for her attention to detail!

Having Kathi work with us was a breath of fresh air. We knew she was doing above and beyond checking every single detail from start to finish. We were amazed at how quickly the house went on the market and getting it sold. Kathi was always checkin in making sure we were in the know and doing ok and even if we needed anything. We could not have asked for a better experience ad realtor.

We are military and we were stationed in Germany before getting our orders to Colorado Springs, CO. My wife found Kathi on a Marine Corps spouse page and once we started communicating with her we really appreciated the top quality service in a relator that we were looking for. Given we had to go through the house buying process "virtually" from overseas, Kathi's friendly personality, flexibility, and always finding a way to talk to us via phone when we had questions was vitally important to us on deciding our home purchase. She did an excellent job helping us buy our first home!

Kathi is an excellent communicator. She would always respond quickly and if she didn’t have the answer she would find it. Kathi was very professional and went above and beyond about giving us information on the house and the surrounding area. If we ever want to sell or buy again, we will use Kathi.

Kathi reached out to me the first time I posted on Facebook that I was moving to Colorado Springs. She stayed in touch with me via email and phone. She helped me find an apartment to live in. Kathi , through her behavior, made it very clear to me that she was my advocate not just for finding the best home but also for successfully relocating to a new city. She went above and beyond in helping me as a person not just a buyer. Kathi responded immediately to all of my requests. She was the best combination of professional and friendly while helping me with all aspects of the purchase. It is rare to find someone who is an expert in her field as well as a stellar human being. Kathi is that rare person.

We’ve now bought/sold 3 homes in several states and Kathi is by far the best realtor we’ve worked with! She is knowledgeable, caring, and one step ahead in each phase of the home buying/selling process. We wholeheartedly recommend Kathi Philpot if you are buying or selling a home in Colorado Springs!
