Kathi went way beyond expectations and did things that would have required me to travel hundreds of miles to drive to Colorado Springs from Firestone! She arranged for a handyman to do tasks that needed done. I cannot say enouygh about how great she was!

She helped out me and my husband so much! Especially with him being on deployment, Kathi helped me with finding the perfect home for us. She did great helping us with our desired location and all the other important things we needed for this house. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Kathi was exceptional both in helping to facilitate our finding and purchasing a new home from out of state years ago, and then recently helping us sell that home quickly to move out of state again! She was incredibly kind, attentive, and predictive of exactly what we needed to do to reach our goals. Our goal in selling was to hit the price we wanted as fast as possible, and in winter nonetheless, and Kathi made it happen. She's become a friend and someone will forever appreciate and I would and have recommended to anyone I know looking in the Colorado area!
