As I said earlier, Kathi is simply the best! She was knowledgeable about the area and what we were looking for and helped us make the best selection for our needs. I'm sitting here in our new home and I can say the overall experience was fun. I absolutely recommend Kathi - thank you, Kathi - and would buy our next home from her again!

Kathi Philpot was great! She took our needs and wants into consideration when recommending properties. Kathi was always available for questions and timely with responses. We now consider her a friend.

Working with Kathi was the best and memorable experience I have ever experienced, She was always a phone call away if I needed anything or had any questions. The whole process felt so smooth I definitely recommend her to anyone for your home purchase Thank you Kathi

Kathi went above and beyond our expectations. We live in Texas and were not able to come to Colorado Springs on three ocassions when a house came on the market which fit our needs. Never fear, Kathi made arrangements with the homeowner to preview the house via Facetime. On each presentation ,Kathi did an in depth review of the house, noting details about the house which we were not able to see reviewing the house via pictures on Zillow or the Century 21 web site. Kathi also drove around the neighborhood noting the condition of other house within the general area. We ended up buying a house that was previewd by Kathi via facetime and are extremely pleased with the house. In the process of buying our home my wife and I feel like we made a new friend in Colorado Springs.

Kathi is the absolute best in the game! She was quick, easy to work with, and incredibly understanding of my situation. Not only did I purchase the home through her, she helped me sell it quicker than ANY other home in the area! She knew the market very well and worked diligently to get things done for me as I was out of state. I would highly recommend Kathi to ANYONE in the area looking to buy, or sell. Seriously THE BEST!

Kathi was extremely helpful from start to finish of our home buying process. She was easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, and provided great recommendations to us as we had questions. She is friendly and kind, and truly cares about her clients. We will be happy to call Kathi again when we are in need of a realtor!

Kathi took our needs and wants in mind when selectinh properties and was open to our suggestions as well. She advocated for us after inspection for a new roof without us even having to ask. It was an arduous process selling my old home but she never gave up and was supportive and reassuring the whole way to closing. She continued to check on us after closing, and we absolutely will recommend her to everyone we can!
