Great realtor

Kathy was an amazing agent from start to finish! I was impressed with her knowledge and expertise. I felt very comfortable working with her. She explained the entire process of selling my home in easy to understand terms and was in constant contact with me, whether by email, phone or simply stopping by the house to discuss the next step. She made sure that everything went smoothly and took care of so many important and pressing issues on my behalf which helped me stay calm and stress-free. All I had to worry about was packing. I highly recommend Kathy.

Kathy was always there for us. Always responded to phone call or text immediately. Always had time to explain anything we asked or got us an answer. Whenever we wanted to see a property, she made it happen immediately. Compassionate and sympathetic to our concerns. I would highly recommend her !!!! She becomes your friend instantly! From start to finish, shes with you till the end!

Working with Kathryn McDermott was a pleasure from start to finish. The photos and internet ad were so good our house sold in 3 days. Then she helped us find a new place that we love.

Kathy is great at her job, she is very informed about day to day sales, inpections etc. I would recomend her .
