My wife reached out to Kathy after finding her name when looking up 55 communities in Winter Haven Florida. We were looking to move down from NY to be close to family but knew little of the area & needed much guidence. since we were out of town when the decision was made to sell our home I called Kathy since we purchased the home with her - she did not hesitate to and did her homework and suggested pricing - there were a couple of bumps in the road but nothing that Kathy couldn't smooth out!!!!
