Katie Colliander is superb. She is patient, kind and honest. Our search for our first home took over 2 years. Yes, TWO years. Almost all of it, Katie was by our side. Countless home viewings and a handful of offers, even the birth of our first child, she was with us til the very end. We are so grateful for her patience and dedication to helping us find our place. We would absolutely recommend her and even use her again for future home purchases. My husband and I certainly developed a close relationship with Katie over the years and happy to call her a friend.

Was fantastic at working with my schedule and getting us in to see houses. Also good at recommending houses to see.

Katie has been extraordinarily helpful at every turn in the process. She is always pleasant, responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and she delivers results quickly, accurately and above and beyond expectations. Because I do not know the area, she has helped me to get help remotely and has made the process user friendly. You could not ask for a more wonderful above and beyond broker. She has made a potentially difficult move to a new town manageable and has been a lifeline in the process. She is a treasure.

Katie was an excellent choice for our needs. She has the experience and knowledge we were looking for. Her experience came in hand with all the changes with our sales contracts! She handled the changes like the pro she is! We are very happy with our choice to use Katie!

Katie did an excellent job guiding us through what could have been a stressful process. We are very appreciative of the services she performed for us and would highly recommend her.

We knew Katie Colliander for quite awhile and although never needed her services as a realtor she was our first and only choice when we were ready to relocate. We can not sing Katie's praises loud enough. She is a wonderful person to work with and we highly regard her work ethic. Katie helped us every step of the way and was an asset in recommendations for other services we needed associated with our move. We were thoroughly impressed and satisfied. Top notch all the way. Extremely happy to recommend Katie Colliander to all.

Was a great experience and she was very well prepared to help us sell for the best price and deal possible. Would recommend Katie to anyone needing a realtor and will use her in the future.
