Katie is a wonderful realtor! She gives top tier, personal service and really listened to what we wanted in our first house. We were looking for a house that needed some cosmetic TLC. Using her years of home renovation experience she was able to guide us away from houses that could have been hidden money pits and towards our perfect project home. Katie was able to find us the worst house in the best neighborhood and then advise us on how to spend our initial renovation budget and get the most money back in resale value. We purchased a short sale and Katie was critical to calming our nerves as we waited for the bank's decision. Overall I can't recommend Katie enough, she really is a credit to realtors everywhere.
