Katie Colliander is excellent in what she does. She’s a true professional always working very hard to exceed her clients expectations. She is on top of her game and works closely with you to ensure everything is covered. Great follow up and a pleasure to work with through the whole process.

First time being a homeowner and I couldn't of asked for a better person to have helped me with everything. Katie is so wonderful and very helpful. Especially love the fact that since she's so approachable, I felt comfortable on telling her anything. She's also very patient when it comes to helping you find that perfect home. Would definitely recommend her to family and friends! Thanks again Katie!

Thank you again so much Katie for making our experience a great and memorable one!!

I have not met anybody as personable as Katie Colliander! From the moment we met, she instilled a sense of trust, courtesy, and friendship. She was always open and honest about the positive and negative aspects of our house. She also really knew her stuff! In setting the listing, she did an amazing job pulling comps and coming up with a price. I thought she overpriced it and couldn't believe when we got an offer for over our asking price! Katie Colliander was on the ball! She had contracts ready ASAP, she gave great suggestions on easy things to do to increase the value of our home, she thoroughly promoted the house, and was overall great with communication. Katie Colliander was a phenomenal realtor who did a great job in selling our house. Her warm personality, excellent communication and timeliness, and keen eye for real estate are just a few of the reasons I would highly recommend her to anybody looking for a realtor.

Great real estate transaction. Katie knows her way around real estate and gives great advice. Would recommend Katie to everyone!

Katie did a wonderful job finding homes within our price range but keeping in mind what we were looking for. All houses had yards, 3 bedrooms, and 2 car garages. Katie came prepared to showings. She always had a booklet of the houses we were seeing. The booklet contained a map of the property, pictures of the house, MLS info about the property, and a spot for notes. She arranged viewings by the town and did not have us wasting time driving back and forth between towns. We have recommended Katie to everyone we know.

amazing, we had a realtor before Katie. Katie was the saving grace from the previous experience; confirming there are good realtors.

Katie went above and beyond of what we expected from our realtor. She is very knowledgeable and a great asset for negotiations. I would highly recommend her services to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. She will not disappoint you.
