Katie Colliander is just phenomenal -- she's personable and professional and her knowledge about your needs as well as what makes a good purchase made the house hunting fun. If all my family lived here, I would recommend her because she's willing to go above and beyond to make sure you get the home you want -- not just a house but a place where you and your family and friends can make wonderful memories. While we're very happy with our home, if we ever need to look for another, I look forward to having Katie being our real estate agent again.

Katie did the work for us. She sent comps daily for us to review. Scheduled mornings and afternoons to take us out. She provided us with information on the areas.

Katie Colliander is so easy to reach either via phone or email and responds back in a very timely manner. Katie explains things so that anyone who doesn't understand how buying a house works actually understands. Katie is very accommodating and is always willing to work around your schedule. The best thing Katie did for us was when she negotiated the price and terms of the purchase, after we put in our offer on a Saturday - the owners mentioned that they had multiple offers and would wait until Tuesday to make the decision. (it was Memorial Weekend) Katie was able to negotiate that if we came up to an agreeable price on that day (the Saturday), that the owners would accept our offer and not make us wait until Tuesday to hear their decision. It was great to not have to wait in Limbo for 4 days.
