You know how people tend to only write reviews for negative experiences? Well this is the exact opposite. I've purchased three homes in my life, and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Katie is the best. She will work hard on the front end to understand exactly what you want, and then she will find it. I was blown away by Katie's knowledge of the real estate market in Pella. She only brought homes to our attention that met our every need. At the end of the day, she found us exactly what we were looking for in our new home. Then it came time to sell the home we were living in. This is where Katie went above and beyond. She marketed our home amazingly, and got our home sold immediately. Throughout the entire experience she was professional, courteous, and most importantly, available. My father-in-law was a realtor for 40 years, and he would be the first to tell anyone, Katie is an amazing realtor. I will recommend Katie to everyone I know, she truly is THE BEST!!!!!
