When we first found Katie, we were looking for a younger agent who would be able to give us insight as to the area. We were from out of state and wanted to find a safe area with good schools and a good reputation. When we decided to sell our house a few years later, using Katie again was a no-brainer. Katie was an amazing communicator. She kept in touch with us almost daily on the progress of our house. I work nightshift and we have a new baby, and she worked with us to make sure that showings worked with our crazy schedule. Katie is a gem! We do not have a lot of experience buying and selling houses. She gave us expert guidance throughout the process. She always told us what the steps were and where we were in the process, including timelines.
