I was referred to Katie by a close friend of mine. I would recommend Katie to my family and friends in the future. Katie will definitely be my go to person if I am in the market for a house in the future.

Katie did an outstanding job during our transaction. Not only did she help us buy the house of our dreams before it got listed- she helped us sell ours before it hit the market! Having a baby and knowing we didnt have to get the house ready for showings daily was priceless. Katie did a wonderful job keeping us in the loop and answering all our questions along the way. When it came to closing day she helped line up painters and moving help. When she stopped by the house to check on us she went above and beyond by bringing groceries and making sure we were set for the weekend. She even helped watch our child while we needed a moment to make some decisions. We would recommend Katie and century 21 to everyone we know!

Our family was moving from California to Iowa and we needed to purchase a home without actually visiting the property. Modern technology could offer us some good viewing options but it was really important that we have a quality agent looking out for us and helping us make the best decisions possible. Two of my sisters had used Katie Riedeman and she came highly recommended. We were confident she was who we wanted for our transaction. Katie looked out for our interests in every way. Her communication skills were exceptional. She was a pleasure to work with and we enjoyed her personality and appreciated her professionalism and knowledge. Katie could not have performed any better than she did. She went far beyond her responsibilities to our transaction and treated us as if we were her top priority. We had a very difficult transaction and she was fully committed throughout to helping us complete our purchase. Even after the close she followed up on items such as the home warranty and without any initiation from us. She checked in with us many times after the transaction to see that everything was going well in our new home. Katie's whole C21 team supported us and went beyond to help us complete our purchase. They were always friendly and professional. It was truly a pleasure to work with everyone of them. There is no one we would have wanted to go through this experience with other than Katie Riedeman. She will always be our real estate representative.

Katie did an amazing job for us. Saw to our every need, even before we asked. Was very professional but easy to talk to and relate to. Even looked up names and talked to three agents from where we were living so we would be able to find a realtor to sell our house for us. We were able to interview those realtors and used one of them to sell our home in California. If Katie had not done that research for us we probably would have gone with someone else. Katie went beyond what is required of a good realtor and is definitely the best realtor we have ever had the opportunity to work with. Top agent- would work with her again and again. Have and will continue to refer her to anyone needing help in the real estate field. Answered all of our questions, and has continued to answer questions for us as we are adjusting to the new area in which we live. The people she refers us to I can completely trust because I know Katie has our best interest at heart. Thank you, Katie

Katie went above and beyond our expectations when selling our home and buying our new one. She was very responsive and always worked around the hours that suited us the best. She made the process easy and stress free! I definitely recommend Katie to anyone looking to buy or sell their home, you wont regret it!

Katie Riedeman is knowledgeable, professional and above all, friendly and easy to work with. She helped us buy our first home, and she made that process really easy. She had great recommendations for a home inspector, mortgage lender, insurance agent and other contractors. She's well-connected and clearly has a knack for understanding her clients needs, wants and worries. I'd strongly recommend her!

Katie Riedeman was fantastic to work with during this first time home buying process. During my search, I was repeatedly recommended by many others throughout that "knew a good realtor" and I was excited to be able to say that I was already using her after they said her name! All steps of the process went very smoothly and Katie responded very timely and patiently answered all questions. Victoria was very helpful whenever I stopped by always cheerful and ready to assist being aware of what I needed immediately.
