Katie Riedeman worked with us for 2 years consistently putting forth effort to find us our dream home. She lived in Ames and we lived in Des Moines. She never hesitated to make the drive down and back even if it was just for one house. She was timely, responsive, personable, professional, dependable and kind. I don't just consider her my realtor, I now consider her a friend! :)

As out of town buyers that had little knowledge of Ames community, we were very reliant on Katie to help us find the right home for us. She exceeded our expectations and was instrumental in helping us find our new home in Ames.

Katie Riedeman went above and beyond for our family during the home buying process. She was always accessible and responsive to our questions. I'll admit that many parts of the home buying process were confusing to us... but Katie was always there to explain and help us understand. That made all the difference during what can be a stressful time. There is truly nothing I would change about our buying experience. Thank you Katie!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable from our first conversation to closing. Was more than willing to work with us despite a distance factor involved with an interstate move. Katie made the experience painless by having quick responses and accessible documentation throughout every step of the process. Always on point and available with all of our questions. Timely responses even with "after hours" questions.

She is very competent, professional, thorough, and is very pleasant to deal with. We enjoyed working with her very much and would certainly work with her again. We will recommend her to our friends and family. It was a pleasure to work with her.

Katie worked very hard to find me the best place that she could and took into consideration all of the requests that I had in a home. She was polite, knowledgeable, and on top of things. I would definitely recommend her to others.

As a first time homebuyer, I was intimidated by the process but working with Katie was amazing! She helped me be patient to find the perfect house! Katie's timely in communication, thoughtful, and goes above and beyond to serve her clients. I was very impressed and would highly recommend her!

Katie was a dream to work with and was so easy to talk. Katie was great about making sure we found the perfect house for us. I am so glad we had her to guide us through this crazy process.

Katie is extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to the Ames real estate market. She made looking for a house enjoyable and as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends and family!
