Katie was absolutely incredible to work with! She made my wife and I feel like a priority- contacting us quickly whenever a new house came on the market and working with our busy lives to schedule prompt viewings. She was always quick to respond to any of our questions (which we had a lot of!) We really appreciated her patience. My wife and I looked at dozens of properties over the course of several months. We had decided we wouldn't make an offer unless we found our "dream home" within our budget. Katie never rushed us and continuously encouraged us that we would find the perfect place. Her knowledge of the area allowed us to eventually find our dream home and her exceptional negotiating skills helped us to even get it under asking price! I have already confidently recommended Katie to family and friends who are in need of a realtor and will definitely continue to do so!

The time and availability you gave us was wonderfully. You asked what we wanted in a home and would not let us settle but kept us going until we found that home. You direction and opinions on different homes helped us looks at ever aspect before purchasing the home we did. Thanks the Lewis's

Katie was the best! She didn't pressure us into anything but did a great job of informing us of everything coming up.

Katie made my first home buying experience super easy! She took a lot of the stress off my shoulders. She was very flexible in scheduling times to see homes. Katie really cared about getting me what I wanted in the price range I needed. She was always available if I had any questions and was a very reliable, professional agent. I would recommend her to all my family and friends.

Jared and Katie are a great team. I loved working with them and they made our experience of buying our first home excellent. Katie went above and beyond our expectations!

Katie Gustafson was great to work with. She took the time to show us many different properties and helped us choose the one that was right for us.

Katie was great to work with in looking for a house. As a first time home owner I did not know what to look for. Katie was a great help in that regards and helped me through the process. She was very quick at responding to the questions I had. If she did not know an answer she asked someone that would. She was a genuine person that I enjoyed working with.

Katie took special time and attention when taking care of every detail related to my house. She treated me with complete respect and did everything she could to get the best results for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Katie was great, always relied to needs right away and got us answers if she didn't know. Very kind and easy to work with!
