Kim came with a wonderful recommendation from dear friends of mine. After I busted an open house without a realtor and wanted to place an offer. She jumped right in and effortlessly helped guide me through my first home buying experience. We hit a few small hurdles during the purchase and she used her experience to help iron those out. Hypothetically, lets just say, If Kim left Coldwell Banker King Thompson for another company, I'd seek her out to use her over staying loyal to CBKT. It's in CBKTs best interest to hang on the her.
