Great realtor with great people skills and knowledge of the area

When we started the house-hunting business, we had another lady "semi-assigned" to us. She was never available and always had someone else talk to us for her, which was frustrating. She got fired. We got matched with Kim Lyon and she's great! Always responsive and available, had our best interests in mind. She's cool as a cucumber under stress, and always had answers to our questions. We wish that the Seller's realtor had been more clear with the seller about the terms of purchase. We've had a mix-up about what stays and what goes, but Kim Lyon handled it quickly and satisfactorily. Kim is great! Everyone says buying a house is a huge pain in the ass. The showing, the offer, the closing, all of it was so easy. As my husband and I walked out of the title agency, I said "Right now I don't understand why everyone says buying a house is such a pain in the ass. That was so easy. The hardest part about that transaction was dealing with the seller's bank drama."

Kim Lyon really cares deeply about her clients and will do whatever she can to help them-even if it's not directly related to buying and selling. I think Kim's heart for serving her clients in this way is really what sets her apart from everyone else and makes her a special lady as well as an exceptional realtor! As first time home buyers, we really appreciated her knowledge and experience, but it was her welcoming, calm, and friendly manner that helped put us at ease more than anything. She answered our questions promptly and communicated everything we needed to do and other things we should expect in an efficient and timely way.
