Kristen was very patient with me during a stressful time. She tolerated my many questions and changes in direction when deciding where to go after the sale of my home. She priced my home well for a quick sale which eased the stress of scheduling multiple showings. I would recommend her to my family and friends in the future.

Kristen Johnson helped us with the sale of our home, and the purchase of our new home. She is great to work with! We have lived in this area our entire lives and Kristen knows this area and market as well as anyone. She is easy to get ahold of, communicates throughout the whole process and keeps you well informed of everything that's going on. We are saying right now that we'll NEVER move again.....but if we do we would definitely have Kristen represent us.

Kristen was patient and helpful with negotiating the roadblocks that were set up by a difficult seller. She assisted in helping to lease my downtown CDA condo so that I was able to lift the contingency on my new condo in Hayden. I was very happy with the service I received from Kristen and will use her again when I am ready to relist my downtown condo. I would recommend Kristen to my family and friends as she is knowledgeable about the area and her clientele.

Kristen handled the sale of my Post Falls home professionally and quickly. We received a signed contract within two days!
