He was able to tell us where to most effectively use our limited budget of time and money to facilitate the sale of the home quickly. If I had to describe Landen in one word, it would be “Genuine”. Something very important when dealing with the biggest asset in our lives is believing that the person handling the sale of that asset has your best interest at heart. That is how I felt every time when dealing with Landen. I still call Landen with questions even though we are looking for a house up in Ohio, and wish that he could still be our realtor!

He did an excellent job, as a real estate broker for judge Fite, he went above and beyond what a real estate agent is expected to do, he was acceponally personal as to meeting all of our requests and requirements as to his job, It was more like making a new friend rather than a business acquaintance, he followed through ever junction of the transactions
