Landen was very on quick to respond to all forms of communication even though I know he was incredibly busy during the time he was helping me. He would often times respond to me "after hours" when I needed him to. He was very professional and worked hard to get us a place that fit our budget. He was very knowledgeable about the houses and the areas that we were looking at.

Landen is a realtor who listens to what the buyer says they want, and then goes above and beyond to make sure that is what they get. Most people don’t think you need a realtor when building a home, but Landen was extremely helpful in making sure we got exactly what we wanted. When we discovered a few issues throughout the process, Landen handled them well, and made sure that we, the buyer, benefited in every way possible. Selling a home can be extremely stressful (especially with 3 little kids!) but he handled every part of the process with such patience and attention to detail.
