He was there every step of the way and very crucial in helping us with decisions on what went into our home as well as consistently following up throughout the process and going to bat for us when there were difficulties. We always felt Landen went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of in every aspect. Landen was always very knowledgeable and professional. He was always available to answer questions in a timely manner and can't imagine going through this process with anyone else. We truly felt like we were part of his family and his care always made us feel like we were his top priority. We had Landen help us on the purchase of our very first home and it was no question that we wanted to use him again, especially with this being a new build purchase.
