Having never sold a home before I truly needed guidance to sell my parents house. She was very patient with me by answering my questions and gave suggestions for me to think about. She was never pushy or hard sell. I highly recommend her as an honest and trustworthy agent. I would definitely use her services again.

As you may know, the first time home buying experience can be brutal. Maddy made it as easy as possible and took the time to help me understand every step of the process and walk me through it. She was highly responsive to every question and request. She helped me find my dream home fast, exactly what I wanted, and helped me negotiate with the seller. On the human side, Maddy is so kind and friendly, and comforted me when everything felt overwhelming as a first timer. During the home buying process, I became suddenly very ill and was hospitalized for weeks in a cancer ward. Maddy sent flowers to my hospital room with words of strength. We moved forward with the buying process. Knowing that my health was fragile, she actually went into the home and disinfected everything top to bottom. I was moved to tears by this level of care. Needless to say, I had the best possible experience with Maddy and she'll be my choice in the future, and will refer everyone to her directly.

She has helped us twice. This last one was long distance and she was very helpful and always available to answer any questions.

Madrienna was so helpful and knowledgeable, she guided us every step of the way. She handled things so quickly and efficiently and was always there to answer any questions

Maddy was absolutely stellar in all of our interactions, always answering questions regardless of time, scheduling properties in a timely manner, and always showed the upmost respect. More importantly she showed this respect while still being direct and honest when I either had a wrong idea of how a process worked or asked a question that may have been simple, but I was ignorant to how the home buying process worked. Maddy is a exceptional realtor and woman, I am thankfull she was my realtor through our somewhat difficult home buying process.

I met with Madrienna and was just impressed with her positive approach and confidence that she could sell my property. She had ideas and a plan on what she wanted to do to get it sold. She loved my property and set a listing price that I thought was fair and then stuck with that price... only reduced it once or twice by a very little margin. She is excellent! I would recommend friends and family to her... In fact, I have already recommended her to my neighbor just north of me who has a beautiful home on 200 acres.

I was going to try to sell my home thru Facebook & word of mouth, but I quickly saw that I definitely needed a professional to handle the sale. Madrienna saw my facebook 'for sale" & contacted me & let me know if I decided to go with an agent she was ready, willing & able. She proved to be a very good agent & handled all the details in a friendly, professional way. She's very capable in handling all aspects of a sale or a purchase! I would definitely use her again should the need arise & heartily recommend her to anyone needing her services.
