I liked Mahala’s approach to helping me price the property and get it ready for marketing it,and her availability whenever I had a question on the sale of the property on Shore Drive. She always kept me in the loop but was NEVER pushy Mahala helped me price my condo at a marketable price appropriate to the condo and the current market. She stayed on top of every aspect of the sale and checked with me on any necessary changes or dealings with the perspective buyer. I felt that Mahala was on top of the sale and always had my best interests as the top consideration. Mahala was always at the top of her game for getting me the best deal for my property at 9501 Shore Dr.

Mahala provided us with all the necessary help that was needed to price our property. She kept us informed updated on showing our property and gave great advice on offers received.. Mahala showed us homes and locations that really appealed to us. She knows the area and gave us many pointers on things to do, places to eat, locations of events. Couldn't have been nicer. Moving so far away was a big decision and Mahala made us feel welcome in a new state. She was there every step of the way which was a big help since we were so far away.
