I would definitely recommend Mandy to anyone! We had a difficult price range and difficult house expectations and Mandy worked so hard for us and never gave up! She took the time to know exactly what we wanted and needed and you can really tell she cares about her buyers/sellers. She made our buying process a lot less stressful and she was always on top of everything and always making sure we knew what was going on. She is an amazing realtor and I would definitely recommended her. We will be using her again when we sell/buy in the future!

Mandy Gulley was amazing. She helped me get through the entire process. Due to an appraiser, my closing was pushed back twice. I know a couple dealing with the same problem right now. The appraiser is a separate entity Mandy Gulley nor the lender I used had any control over that at all. I would recommend Mandy Gulley because she treated me as an individual and answered all my questions if not the same day the next day. She has an eye for small things that would be costly to repair, and we negotiated those repairs. I am happy with my decision, and I was never pushed into anything or signing anything I wasn't comfortable with. I am in my new house right now, and I love it!! Thank you, Mandy Gulley!!!
