I would not trust anyone but Mandy when it comes to buying me selling a home. She is top notch. Makes everything feel like you are not just a buyer but a friend. Absolutely love her!!!!

Mandy was very good at communicating every part of the sale of my home. She understood I was selling it as is and was great at expressing that to other agents. She was great at letting me know what to expect during the sale. She had a good idea of the area which was important to me. It is sometimes difficult to sell a house there. We will use her if we eventually buy another house.

Mandy is professional and also personable. She is attentive and wants to help you find 'your' home. She is extremely knowledgeable and asks the questions you may not know to ask. She provides plenty of information related to the property and guidance on what the information means. Overall, she makes a scary and overwhelming experience less scary and easier to manage :) 10/10 would def work with Mandy and her team again

I may have been a hard sell due to my constraints, however as the Lord Will, we finally hit on the right home. A week or more before that we had been going through having been in the same country (England), she presented me with some British colloquialism. It's been some time since I lived there, but it was good for me to relive it.

Working with Mandy and her crew made my personal first home buying experience amazing and easy. The whole process was fast and very informative. I am so happy my husband kept in contact with her from his previous house. She is who we will always use!
