Mark was extremely motivated to find us the right fit, and his expertise in especially the North Shore region really helped us find something we are extremely happy with. His willingness to travel to prospective locations and work with the rental agents on our behalf made the entire process both satisfying and smooth. I would highly reccomend Mark Carter when lokoing for your next place!

Mark was a great agent for me. He really understood what was important to me, and used that information to negotiate the deal. Although this was not a large transaction, Mark treated it as if it was, and I received first class service all the way through the process. Thanks Mark!
