As a first time home seller, I was anxious to not only sell our home, but also time it well with the purchase of our next home. Luckily, I was referred to Mary Jane through a coworker. Mary Jane took in all the details/restrictions of timing for selling our house, and she developed a plan while also guiding us on expectations. We were able to nearly close on the exact week we were wanting to, but an insane weather event hit the area which caused delays in the entire realty world in Northwest Indiana. Mary Jane was proactive in making sure the deal went smoothly while also keeping us informed on what would be happening due to the weather events. In the end, Mary Jane helped guide us through our first home sale while also setting excellent expectations and navigating uncharted waters which werent seen in the area. I will definitely plan on using her again for all future realty needs as well as recommending her to friends and family.
