As a first time home seller, I was anxious to not only sell our home, but also time it well with the purchase of our next home. Luckily, I was referred to Mary Jane through a coworker. Mary Jane took in all the details/restrictions of timing for selling our house, and she developed a plan while also guiding us on expectations. We were able to nearly close on the exact week we were wanting to, but an insane weather event hit the area which caused delays in the entire realty world in Northwest Indiana. Mary Jane was proactive in making sure the deal went smoothly while also keeping us informed on what would be happening due to the weather events. Mary Jane’s knowledge of the business, professionalism and timely communication was quite impressive. While we did not speak directly to the other staff, Mary Jane was great in giving the feedback from her manager and others when needed. As crazy as the market is right now, Mary Jane managed to keep us from signing a bad contract because of her diligence and commitment to find us the best price, location and quality of the home we wanted to purchase.
