I searched for a broker who was local and knowledgable in the area. I called Maryann after I was blown away by her 100+ positive reviews. She promptly returned my call, met with me the same day, and maintained her persistent pace throughout our sale. Maryann worked around the clock to sell our home, and when the buyer's agent started pulling some shenanigans, Maryann rolled up her sleeves, reached out through her network, and strategically, professionally, and ethically stood her ground and got our transaction back on track. If I ever move back to Florida, I want Maryann in my corner.

Maryann is truly an angel. She went above and beyond to meet and exceed the many challenges this property presented all while exemplifying the highest level of professionalism, courtesy, and respect. She was always accessible, helpful, and incredibly patient. I am beyond thankful to have had her by my side throughout this process. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

I think that my previous comments sums it up. Maryann was always courteous, prompt and helped me through the whole selling process. My late husband, David use to do all of the handling of our previous sales. He was a real gentleman and handled all the details except he let me decide what personal items of mine I wanted to keep or what purchases I wanted to make for the new house. Maryann made going from a large house to an apartment much easier than I though possible. Maryann did everything that I expected her to do and even more like helping with the final clean out before the walk thru. She also helped with dealing with my unhelpful relatives in PA.

Super

This was our first time buying a home and we just couldn't have made a better choice for our realtor. Maryann Corona genuinely cared about making sure we understood the process and were comfortable moving forward every step of the way. Her professionalism, expertise, and excellent communication skills made the whole process seamless. We can't recommend Maryann Corona enough!

Maryann went above and beyond to help us find the home for our future years. She was on top of everything that was transpiring regarding our buying process. Knowledgeable, on our side, and professional in all that transpired. Would recommend Maryann to anyone I know looking for a new residence,, or looking to sell existing one.
