Maryann is an angel on earth! Unfortunately, we lost our mother unexpectedly and do not live in the state of Florida. Maryann was understanding of our situation and the overall goal of settling our mother's estate. She went above and beyond- she helped to clean out our mother's condominimium, she went on-site to assist with HOA approval of the sale, she negotiated in our best interest, and she was transparent throughout the process. Maryann is a breadth of knowledge when it comes to real estate, including in special circumstances like ours. If we lived in Florida, we would use Maryann for all further buying and selling of homes. She is the agent that you want in your corner!

Maryann Corona demonstrated excellent sales and negotiations skills between the buyer and seller for the sale of my property. She had great communication with me, the seller, keeping me up to date on the process of the sale from beginning through the closing making the best arrangements with the Title company. I would highly recommend Maryann Corona to other prospective buyers or sellers with her Professionalism and Talent as a Realistate Agent.

Maryann was excellent and extremely helpfull with guidence on the purchase of our new home. She walked thru the whole process from purchase to closing assisting us on every aspect till the deal was closed. Very honest and upfront. No bull. Even after the sale, she followed thru with us to see if everthing was in order! Great. Thank you Maryann.

I am so glad I was referred to Maryann Corona to help me find my first home! As daunting as buying my first home seemed, I felt so much more confident with Maryann guiding me through the process. She took the time to understand my preferences and priorities during the search. When I was ready to make an offer, Maryann professionally and expertly handled communications with the seller and their realtor, making the path to closing quick and smooth. I highly recommend Maryann to anyone, especially another first time homebuyer, looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and personable realtor!

She helped us purchase the property and address tenant and maintenance issues that came up with the condo for the 13 years we owned it. Always quick to respond and resolve those issues. She was extremely helpful in preparing the property for sale, lining up repairs, a painter, etc. We never had a point of contention with her. She was great!

Maryann Corona is an excellent realtor. This was our second time using her, and I highly recommend her services. She is knowledgeable, always helpful, highly ethical, and always available when we needed her or had questions. We appreciated her keeping us informed at every step in the process and enjoyed working with her very much. She is both professional and highly personable. During the sale and negotiation process, we always felt like Marianne had our best interests in mind (and at heart). If you are considering selling your property, Maryann should be your choice for a realtor.

Maryann works so hard for her customers and always keeps the lines of communication open throughout the entire process. She is friendly and knowledgeable. She is the best of the best. I would recommend her to all my friends and family for their real estate needs.

Maryann was a great agent - really on top of things and goes above and beyond everything in her work.

Maryann is an extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind professional who is extremely good at her job. We were referred to Maryann and throughout the process if we brought her name up to anyone in the biz they assured us she's a master at her trade and that we were in good hands, and boy were we! Maryann took her time helping us find our perfect home and held our hands every step of the way explaining all the details we just didn't understand (first time home buyers over here). We couldn't thank her enough for all her help and would refer her to anyone that's looking to buy or sell a home!
