Maryann was very helpful with the sale of our dad's house after he passed away. Maryann kept me and my three brothers informed during the entire process and helped me stay calm when problems arose. I appreciated Maryann's professionalism and knowledge when dealing with various entities during the process especially since I live in NC and could not stay in South Florida to deal with the sale. Maryann kept us appraised of every step of the selling process, she would call, text or email to keep us updated. I would highly recommend Maryann to friends and relatives. Thank you Maryann for helping my family during such a difficult time.

She comes with the recommendations accomplishes the needs of the buyer and seller overall knows her job gets it all done

I interacted with Maryann Corona 10 years ago when I worked for a title company. I admired her work ethic. She was extremely thorough and personable. I knew when it was time for me to buy a home, I would want to work with her. I called her out of the blue, told her what I was looking for, and the next day she had listings for me to see. She did not disappoint. The second property she showed me was a gem. Love my condo! I would not hesitate to recommend Maryann to any buyer or seller.

Mari Melyanne was very helpful from start to finish, and she made the process very easy.

Maryann expertly guided us through every aspect of the process, and worked tirelessly to get the closing done in just a couple weeks.

Maryann did things to help that I would never have expected from a realtor and she helped us navigate some nightmare scenarios that would have sunk us without her help. She was a trusted representative in Florida while I had to manage things from Arizona. I would not have known where to begin even if I was in Florida. I could not recommend her more highly.

Maryann has always gone overboard with her assistance to her clients. She goes beyond due diligence and adds her personal touch to every transaction. We are so grateful to have met Maryann and work with her and Tenace Realty.
