Matt Ridley was a great asset in selling my rental property in OKC. From knowledge of the area to helping me connect with affordable repairs and contractors, it was a smooth process from start to finish.

Matt is the best realtor in OKC, hands-down! He was more than willing to work with us, even with unconventional hours for our respective jobs. The moment we wanted to view a home, he had it on the list and a time set! And once we found the home we wanted, he wasted no time in putting in an offer and helping us negotiate into getting our dream home! And that is exactly what happened, and quickly! He is incredibly knowledgeable, and very upfront about expectations. He does not operate in half truths, he is very straightforward and to the point! And we love that about him! The entire process went smoothly, and we cannot thank him enough! Once again, he has shown true dedication to his clients and fairness to everyone involved. He will ALWAYS be our realtor!

Matt is very kind and has a welcoming energy that is just what you need when buying a home. It can be a very stressful time when buying a home, and he made our lives easy with his attentiveness, patience, and fun spirit. He is very optimistic and has great attention to detail. If I ever look to buy a home or sell again, he will be my go to guy! Thanks Matt! I appreciate you, always!(:

Contact Matt Ridley for your next home! He was so easy to work with during the home buying process. He is resourceful, knowledgeable and experienced. He was always readily available and an excellent resource for any questions you may have. The process went smoothly and my loan was closed quickly without any surprises. I will use him again and recommend him for your family.

I have used Matt to buy two homes, and sell two homes. My last house was on the market for 28 days, and sold for $1.45 million. Working with Matt was a breeze. Matt was super knowledgeable, informative, stayed in contact, and was able to reduce the stress and anxiety of selling a high dollar home, during a divorce. I highly recommend Matt as a Realtor for homes at any price point.

From the initial consultation to closing date, Matt Ridley was very professional and clear about where we were in the house selling process. He outlined the important things to take care of on the house and connected me with numerous businesses that did great work getting the house in top condition for sale. I was on a short timeline, and I couldn't have gotten everything done without Matt's expertise and and connections in the business. I amazed at how smoothly everything went. Matt went above and beyond helping with even small details to make it all happen. I highly recommend using Matt Ridley as your realtor!
