Our experience with Melanie was nothing short of amazing. She played an essential role in helping us find our home, and everything came into place with impeccable timing. Her professionalism, expertise, and warm personality made the entire home-buying process a delight. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had such a wonderful realtor by our side! Melanie's genuine commitment to our satisfaction was evident, ensuring that every step of the process was smooth and tailored to our needs.

Melanie was a great realtor for us. She explained everything when we didn't understand something, she negotiated everything she could. She definitely made sure we got the best options. She really helped us with the buying process of our home. Kept in contact with us throughout the whole process. Made sure we knew what was coming or what was next. We will definitely be recommending her to our friends if we know anybody that is buying.

I recently moved from Los Angeles to Fairfield and had little knowledge of the housing market in Iowa. Melanie Mapes was my bridge. She was very professional and thorough in her search based on my criteria. She did very detailed video walk throughs of properties since I could not be there in person which gave me tremendous peace of mind. I felt very comfortable with Melanie and most importantly trusted her judgement. Even after closing, she continued to reach out and helped me with some additional projects I needed to complete before moving in. I have purchased several homes in the past and with out question Melanie is the best agent I have worked with. I could not recommend her more highly.

Melanie's help, support, advise and assistance provided during the house hunt process was extremely above my expectations. Melanie was always available and/or able to set time to see properties or to just have a phone conversation. Melanie's knowledge of the different areas we searched for homes and the knowledge to negotiate with the seller's agent was critical and very important to me as we finally received what we needed. I can't put into words how satisfied me and my wife are with Melanie's help, but I can tell that she would be on the top for recommending her for friends or family members looking for purchasing a house.

It was a pleasure working with Melanie. She was very helpful throughout the entire process providing answers to all of my families questions. She was responsive and quick to get the answers we were looking for. We were living out of state and was present for things we could not be. For example, she was present for the inspection. I would highly suggest Melanie to anyone that is looking for a new home.

We had a great experience working with Melanie. We felt she was genuinely eager to do whatever she could for us and she did a fantastic job getting into homes quickly and taking video footage! As clients who were house hunting virtually, we highly recommend Melanie as she is someone you can trust.
