Melissa is a true professional with lots of experience and highly knowledgeable . We felt very confident in her abilities to not only get us over the finish line but also in her dealings with other party and parties involved. She made it fun and her smile and positive attitude are great qualities! We have a new friend too!

Melissa was great. Very knowledgeable of the intricacies working in Laguna Woods area. We appreciated her insight. Also she was very good at helping us to determine a fair yet marketable price strategy. We sold withing two weeks. She also helped us with some of closing issues/needs with Golden Rain HOA. Thanks again.
