Melissa Fort consistently is the penultimate professional. With a thorough knowledge of the community and its governing structures she handled the process expertly and amiably. Being able to trust in her was a balm amidst other unrelated concerns. She will be of service to this community for many more years.

Melissa is a true professional with lots of experience and highly knowledgeable . We felt very confident in her abilities to not only get us over the finish line but also in her dealings with other party and parties involved. She made it fun and her smile and positive attitude are great qualities! We have a new friend too!

Melissa was great. Very knowledgeable of the intricacies working in Laguna Woods area. We appreciated her insight. Also she was very good at helping us to determine a fair yet marketable price strategy. We sold withing two weeks. She also helped us with some of closing issues/needs with Golden Rain HOA. Thanks again.

Melissa was amazing to work with! She was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable of the community! I'd recommend anyone and everyone seeking a unit within Laguna Woods Village to work with her! Thank you for all of your help!

Melissa was very helpful in staging my condo for its open house. And she was very good at helping with the HOA and getting assistance in passing inspection. And she was accessible when I had questions.
